Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are fit to undergo basti procedure
Those with stable vitals
Subjects who are apparently healthy yet having age related mild functional and cognitive degenrative presentations shall be included
Exclusion Criteria
Any known malignancies
Known cases of infective diseases like tuberculosis etc
Known cases of bronchial asthma and other respiratory disorder
Known cases of psychiatric illness
Age related moderate to severe degenrative functional and cognitive impairment
Known cases of uncontollrd metabolic disorders
