入选标准
- •1.All patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy for symptomatic gall stone disease.
- •2.BMI <= 35
- •3.18 to 65 years of age both male and female
- •4.Weight > 50 kg
- •5.Patient is able to follow instructions
- •6.Able to provide informed written consent
排除标准
- •1.Age > 65 or <18
- •2.BMI > 35
- •3.Patient with history of ERCP, Cholecystitis, Pancreatitis
- •4.Unable to give consent or patient refusal
- •5.Unfit for general anaesthesia
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Converted to open
- •8.Prior upper abdominal surgery
- •9.Difficult cholecystectomy with operative duration more than 60 minutes
