?Be between the ages of 18–65 years;
?Have anterolateral acromial area pain or pain with active shoulder elevation [17] and symptoms lasting 1 to 6 months;
?Have one positive sign in each of the following 4 categories: presence of pain when resisting humeral external rotation or abduction, Jobe Test, Hawkins Test, Neer Test;
?VAS score = 40 mm.
?Clinical signs of massive rotator cuff tears (a tear of greater than five centimetres in diameter) or the presence of two or more tendon tears [18, 19];
?Glenohumeral osteoarthritis (OA) or other inflammatory arthritis;
?Frozen shoulder;
?Fracture or dislocation of the shoulder;
?History of neck or shoulder surgery;
?Severe osteoporosis;
?Neurological disorders, rheumatoid arthritis, tumour, Parkinsons disease or other neurological disorders
?Pregnancy.
