Minimum 18 years
Single-canalled teeth have necrotic pulp with or without radiographic evidence of periapical radiolucency.
Patients willing to participate in study.
Having related tooth with open apex, root fracture or resorption.
Having periodontal pocket depth greater than 4 mm in related tooth
Having previously undergone root canal treatment in related tooth;
Having related tooth that could not be isolated with a rubber dam;
Having taken analgesics 12 hours before the intervention.
Having received antibiotic therapy within the previous 3 months.
Diabetes, human immunodeficiency virus infection or other immunocompromising conditions.
