Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria for this study specified that eligible participants must be young athletes between the ages of 18 and 25 years, with a body mass index (BMI) below 25, who regularly competed in their specialized distances 100m, 200m, and 400m races, with 25 sprinters in each group
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria for the study include a recent history of ankle injury, foot postural deformity, lower limb fracture, and surgery. Diagnosed with cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, or any current or past medical history of back pain due to which break from the sports was taken.
