- •Traumatic brain injury Otolaryngology diseases Cerebrovascular diseases Dementia Delirium at admission(ICDSC above 4\) Drug and alcohol addiction Hepatic encephalopathy Sedation was used(midazolam,propofol and dexmedetomidine) Loss of consciousness(GCS less than 7 or JCS above 2\)
