Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) LVAD Insertion Patient
- •? Adults aged 19 to 80 who are discharged from the hospital after LVAD insertion and are living at home
- •? a person who can read and write in Korean
- •? Who owns Android\-based mobile devices
- •(2\) One family member (main guardian) of the LVAD\-inserted patient
- •? Family of adult patients aged 19 or older and under 80 years of daily life at home after LVAD insertion
- •? a person who can read and write in Korean
- •? Who owns Android\-based mobile devices
Exclusion Criteria
- •? a person who can't communicate
- •? a psychological diagnosis by the doctor and is currently treated by the doctor
