Inclusion Criteria
Individuals having complaints of vertigo diagnosed from Dix Hallpike maneuver
Exclusion Criteria
Vertigo caused by other than BPPV like meningitis encephalitis
Severe ocular trauma
Pregnant women
Any traumatic head injury
Uncontrolled DM and HTN patients
Mentally retarted patients
Individuals having secondary diseases like carcinoma TB
Any congenital anamolies related to ear
