Inclusion Criteria

Consecutive patients of all age groups with diagnosis of tetralogy of Fallot and posted for complete intracardiac repair will be included in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

Refusal of consent

Patients with more than mild tricuspid regurgitation pre-operative

Patients with structural tricuspid regurgitation post-operative

Patients with liver pathology

Contraindication/Inability for Transesophageal Echocardiography probe placement

To obtain association between portal vein pulsatility fraction and Mechanical Ventilation duration, ICU stay and mortality.Timepoint: 1. after induction of anesthesia and before going on bypass <br/ ><br>2. half an hour after coming off bypass <br/ ><br>3. at 24, 48 hours postop, on day of extubation and day of ICU discharge <br/ ><br>
