- •1.Recalcitrant prurigo nodularis patients for topical or systemic treatment more than 3 months.
- •2.Stopping topical therapy other than emollients within the
- •previous 2 weeks.
- •3.Stopping systemic immunomodulating or immunosuppressive
- •therapy within the last 1 month.
- •4.No history skin cancer.

- •1.Pregnancy
- •2.Patients with manifestations of underlying renal â„ hepatic â„
- •internal diseases or malignancy
- •3.History of photosensitivity
