PDAC group : 1.Age>= 18 years
2.Confirmed diagnosis of PDAC by imaging and tissue diagnosis
2.1Imaging : CT, MRI, EUS
2.2 Tissue : FNA, cytology, Biopsy
Cystic neoplasm group: 1.Age>= 18 years
2.Confirmed diagnosis of IPMN by imaging : CT, MRI, EUS
No-pancreatic lesion group : 1.Age>= 18 years
(age and sex matched with PDAC)
2.Without any pancreatic lesion confirmed with imaging
3.No history of previous pancreatitis
Concurrent or previous history of 2nd malignancy
Previous treatment of PDAC
Unable to breath through mouth or nose
Pregnancy
Concurrent active infection
