入选标准
- •1. Subjects within age group 21-50 years
- •irrespective of gender, caste and religion.
- •2. Patients having symptoms of nasal
- •discharge, nasal blockage, local pain,
- •headache, nasal stuffiness, anosmia etc
- •as per Lakshans of Dushta pratishyaya.
- •3. Those subjects who will be ready to
- •sign informed consent forms.
排除标准
- •1. Subjects not willing for trial &
- •2. Patients with coexisting nasal
- •conditions other than chronic
- •rhinitis e.g. nasal polyposis, acute
- •sinusitis and sinonasal tumors.
- •3. Patients with previous surgery to
- •the nasal cavity or sinuses.
- •4. Patients taking steroids or other
- •immunosuppressive treatment.
- •5. Pregnant women or lactating
- •6. Patients who had had an upper
- •respiratory tract or sinus infection
- •that required antibiotic therapy
- •within 14 days prior to recruitment,
- •or those who had a viral upper
- •respiratory tract infection (URTI)
- •within seven days prior to
- •recruitment.
- •7. Patients with a history of blood
- •borne infections.
- •8. Patients with any clinically
- •significant metabolic,
- •cardiovascular, immunological,
- •neurological,hematological,
- •gastrointestinal, cerebrovascular or
- •respiratory disease, or any other
- •disorder which, in the judgment of
- •the investigators, might interfere
- •with the study evaluations or affect
- •patient safety.
