Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Minimum 5 years of service
  • •2\. Police personnel with BMI more than 25\.
  • •3\. Police personnel willing to participate.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Police personnel with diagnosed history of neurological and psychiatric disorder.
  • •2\. Pregnant police personnel.
  • •3\. Police personnel who had an uncorrected vision problem.
  • •4\. Police personnel who had a severe musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb.
  • •5\. Police personnel with history of systemic disease.
  • •6\. Police personnel with history of cardio\-respiratory symptoms for at least 6 weeks.
  • •7\. Police personnel with history of current smoking or those who stopped smoking within 1 year of the beginning of the study.
  • •8\. Police personnel with history of asthma, or rhinitis.
