Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Minimum 5 years of service
- •2\. Police personnel with BMI more than 25\.
- •3\. Police personnel willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Police personnel with diagnosed history of neurological and psychiatric disorder.
- •2\. Pregnant police personnel.
- •3\. Police personnel who had an uncorrected vision problem.
- •4\. Police personnel who had a severe musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb.
- •5\. Police personnel with history of systemic disease.
- •6\. Police personnel with history of cardio\-respiratory symptoms for at least 6 weeks.
- •7\. Police personnel with history of current smoking or those who stopped smoking within 1 year of the beginning of the study.
- •8\. Police personnel with history of asthma, or rhinitis.
