The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of accumulated or continuous individualized post-meal exercise on PPG control in obese young adults.

入选标准
- •Aged between 18 and 35 years;
- •BMI >=25.0 kg/m2;
- •Sedentary behavior: sedentary time more than 8 hours per day (IPAQ);
- •Insufficient PA: less than 150-min moderate-intensity PA per week and/or 75-min vigorous-intensity PA per week over the past 3;
- •months (IPAQ).
排除标准
- •hyperglycemia (fasting blood glucose over 7.1 mmol/L), diagnosed chronic disease such as T2DM, CVD and metabolic syndrome, taking any medication known to affect lipid or glucose metabolism, blood pressure over 130/80 mmHg, abusing of alcohol and drugs, smokers, and a musculoskeletal injury that impaired their ability to walk or run on a treadmill.

Sitting for 240 minutes without exercise versus One bout of 30-minute walking initiated at 20 minutes prior to individual peak time versus three bouts.
