Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Postnatal women with LSCS who are:
- •1\. Conscious and oriented.
- •2\.Delivered a full\-term healthy baby.
- •3\.Having intact foot skin and free from any skin problems like arthritis, phlebitis, burn wound, injury, inflammation and eczema.
- •4\.Able to read, write, and understand Hindi /English language.
- •5\.Willing to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Postnatal women with LSCS who are:
- •1\.Having complications like bleeding, fever, sepsis.
- •2\.Having feet and abnormalities like scar, eczema, edema varicose vein, open lesion, hematoma.
- •3\.On medications to initiate lactation.
- •4\.Using any other complementary therapies like acupuncture, TENS.
- •5\.Not available during the procedure
