Inclusion Criteria
•Patients at least 18 years old
•Signed consent form
•Patients with suspected TTP and planned ADAMTS13 activity test and PLASMIC Score > 4 (intermediate to high risk)
•Patients with recurrent TTP episode and planned ADAMTS13 activity test
Exclusion Criteria
•No signed consent form
•Patient < 18 years
•Patients with suspected TTP and PLASMIC Score = 4
