- •- Zytologisch gesichert:
- •-primäre MDS
- •-therapieassoziierte MDS
- •-chronisch MML
- •-de novo und sekundäre akute myeloische Leukämien, bei älteren Patienten ohne Möglichkeit einer intensiven Chemotherapie
- •- erhöhter Blastenanteil im Knochenmark (= 10%) und/ oder ungünstige
- •chromosomale Veränderungen
- •- primäre Erfolglosigkeit, Progression oder Rezidiv nach Behandlung mit
- •Wachstumsfaktoren, Zytostatika, Immuntherapie oder Transplantation.
- •- Alter =18 J.
- •- Negativer Schwangerschaftstest bei Frauen im gebärfähigen Alter
- •- Vorlage der Patienteneinwilligung zur Teilnahme an der Studie

- •-Hochrisiko-MDS mit erhöhtem Blastenanteil, wenn der Patient für eine Chemotherapie geeignet erscheint und damit einverstanden ist
- •-Unzureichende Leberfunktion (Bilirubin, GOT, GPT >2 x ONWG)
- •-Deutlich eingeschränkte Nierenfunktion (Kreatinin i.S. >2,5 x ONWG)
- •-Schwangerschaft, Laktation, Verweigerung einer sicheren Kontrazeption
- •-Psychiatrische Erkrankung oder Sucht mit Einschränkung der Handlungs- und Urteilsfähigkeit
- •-Teilnahme an anderen interventionellen Prüfungen, die mit der vorliegenden Prüfung interferieren könnten
