Couples over the age of 18 years old; duration of infertility over 1 year; women aged 39 years old or younger, undergoing IVF vitro-ICSI; idiopathic oligozoospermia (<15 million / mL), according to guidelines WHO, semen analysis in whole patients was performed 2 or moretimes (sanità, 2010); with no obvious abnormalities observed in medical history, physical examination and endocrine profile; no evidence of genital infections on clinical examination and / or
