Inclusion Criteria

Couples over the age of 18 years old; duration of infertility over 1 year; women aged 39 years old or younger, undergoing IVF vitro-ICSI; idiopathic oligozoospermia (<15 million / mL), according to guidelines WHO, semen analysis in whole patients was performed 2 or moretimes (sanità, 2010); with no obvious abnormalities observed in medical history, physical examination and endocrine profile; no evidence of genital infections on clinical examination and / or
leukospermia on sperm test.

Exclusion Criteria

obstructive azoospermia; known cytogenetic abnormalities' Y chromosome microdeletions; testosterone level less than 300 ng / dl; women with Bologna criteria for poor respond”

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary outcome will be the rate of live births. This outcome will be compared between groups by Fisher's exact test. The level of significance will be 5%.<br>
