Inclusion Criteria
Students of age group 18 to 25 years irrespective of gender religion marital status and socio-economic status.
Subjects with memory scores between 20 to 60 in P G I Memory Scale.
Exclusion Criteria
Individual who are having any psychiatric disorders.
Individual who are having any cognitive disorders.
Individual with any systemic illness.
Pregnant and lactating woman.
Any other conditions which directly or indirectly interferes this study.
