This is a single arm prospective study to understand how effective homoeopathic medicines can be in treating children with enlarged adenoids The study will include 50 children between the ages of 3 and 18 years who show symptoms of adenoids and have confirmation through Xray Each child will be carefully examined and their case details will be recorded They will then be followed up every week or alternate week with regular assessments to see how their symptoms change This research is being carried out at D Y Patil Homoeopathic Medical College and Research Centre in Pimpri over 18 months The main aim is to see whether homoeopathic medicines can reduce the size of the adenoids At the same time we also want to learn which rubrics from Murphys repertory are most useful in such cases

- •Clinically diagnosed cases of Adenoids Radiological finding suggestive of Adenoids.
排除标准
- •History of Adenoidectomy.

时间窗: The outcome will be assessed at baseline fortnightly and by end of 6 months

- To reduce the frequency and intensity of allergic episodes(To reduce the frequency and intensity of allergic episodes in 4 to 6 months)
