- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients having the symptoms of pain, lump hanging down outside of the anus, soreness, redness, swelling and itching around the anal orifice.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients who is willing to undergo necessary investigations.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Willing for admission in IPD for 48 days or willing to attend OPD regularly.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Patients who are willing to participate in this study with knowledge of potential risks and who are willing to sign the informed consent.

Clinical study assessing safety and efficacy of Istaroxime in patients affected by acute cardiac insufficiency decompensated. Five centres will be involved. Each patient will receive, in a casual order, one of the two Istaroxime dosages or placebo and therefore there will be three different treatment groups.
