Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria include:
1. Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, based on clinical and laboratory evidence by a specialist. 2. Seeing diabetic foot ulcer grade 2.
3. Non-malignant skin disease.
4 No Rheumatic Disease and Cancer.
5. No smoking.
6. Control your blood sugar and maintain it at normal levels according to your doctor. Exit criteria include:
1. Immigration from the research site during the research period.
2. People who do not attend treatment for more than two weeks will be deleted.
3. A malignancy during research (progression of grade 2 ulcer to grade 3
