入选标准
- •1.Pain range between 4-6 on 11-point NPRS
- •2.Male cyclist between the age of 18 to 35 years.
- •3.Pain located in the peri-patellar or retro-patellar region during active movements of knee
- •4.Duration of cycling activities for 1 year with at least 6 months a year and a frequency of a minimum of 160 minutes thrice a week
- •5.BMI between 18-24 kg/m2.
- •6.Trigger point in quadriceps muscle
- •7.Who can read, write and understand English.
排除标准
- •1.Any history of upper limb and lower limb fractures treated conservatively within past 3 months.
- •2.Hip, Knee and Ankle musculoskeletal surgery in the past 6 months.
- •3.Any joint Dislocation within the past 6 months.
- •4.Diagnosed with meniscus, cruciate and collateral ligament of knee injury
- •5.Patellar tendon, IT band or pes anserine tenderness
- •6.Positive Patellar Apprehension test
- •7.Open wound surrounding hip ,knee
