Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Nurses who have been caring for terminally ill cancer patients in a general ward and have been in their 2nd or more years but less than 5 years of experience.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclude if you suffer from a mental illness.Specifically, you have not taken a total of 14 days or more of sick leave due to your own health problems in the past three months.In the past month. must have not received treatment for a mental illness.
