- •1.ASA grading 1 and 2 .
- •2.BMI <= 30 kg/m2.
- •3.Patients undergoing elective surgeries of 1-3 hours duration under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1.Preexisting neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders.
- •2.Preexisting cardiovascular diseases.
- •3.Conditions interfering with gastric emptying.
- •4.Asthma or reactive airway diseases.
- •5.Known liver and kidney diseases.
- •6.Previous history suggestive of OSA.
- •7.Patients on opioids, with drug or alcohol abuse
- •8.Contraindication or previous adverse response to any of the study drugs.
