Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients \> 65 years with atleast education upto mid school , admitted for undergoing any noncardiacsurgery and non â?? neurological surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusing to participate.
- •\-Patients with history of Chronic kidney disease greater than stage 2
- •\-Patients with history of chronic liver disease with ChildTurcotte\- Pugh score class B or C.
- •\-Uneducated patients
