入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Young dancers and non dancers with age group 8-15 years both male and female
- •2. Fully active in dance classes from past 3 months taking classes for 5h/week
- •3. having beighton score more than or equal to 5 by 9 for hypermobility
排除标准
- •1. history of lower limb surgery or dislocation in past 1 year or any recent injury
- •2. young dancers who remain absent from class for more than a week during intervention
- •3. who are not willing to participate
