入选标准

  • Having hyper\-kyphosis abnormalities(kyphosis angle greater than 42 degrees)
  • Having hyperlordosis abnormalities(lordosis angle greater than 40 degrees)
  • Lack of regular weekly physical activity, championship history and membership in sports teams
  • Written and informed consent to participate voluntarily in the research

排除标准

  • Incomplete implementation of core stability exercises and WB\-EMS (three alternating sessions or two consecutive sessions)
  • Do not participate in pre\-test or post\-test
  • Cancel continuing to exercise
  • Observation of pathological symptoms
  • Disorders of the vestibular system
  • Use of drugs that affect the balance
  • Incidence of pain and disability
