Inclusion Criteria
Age 65 years old and above
- Independent (Barthel index at least 18)
- Good consciousness and well co-operative
- Good communication and can follow commands
- Diagnosed with sarcopenic dysphagia according to AWGS 2019
Exclusion Criteria
- Presence of diseases that might be the cause of dysphagia: Neurological disease (eg. Stroke, TBI, CNS tumor, Severe dementia, Parkinson's disease, NMJ, Multiple sclerosis), Neuropsychiatric disease, CA head/neck/GI, Severe respiratory tract disease
- Barium allergy
