Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Elderly individuals aged 60 and above.
  • •2\. Stable cardiovascular condition.
  • •3\. People who give well\-communicated and informed permission.
  • •4\. Individuals who can read and understand English.
  • •5\. Individuals with a pulse oximeter, smartphone, Stable internet connection, and
  • •Chair with armrest.
  • •6\. Technological ability to operate a smartphone for a Zoom session.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Neurological disorders.
  • •2\. Cardiovascular diseases or high blood pressure not controlled with medication.
  • •3\. Acute musculoskeletal injury.
  • •4\. Lack of technological ability.
  • •5\. Psychiatric disorders.
  • •6\. Individuals who are already engaged in structured exercise training program.
  • •7\. Individuals diagnosed with Cancer and CKD which may lead to enhanced sarcopenia.
