1. Elderly individuals aged 60 and above.
2. Stable cardiovascular condition.
3. People who give well-communicated and informed permission.
4. Individuals who can read and understand English.
5. Individuals with a pulse oximeter, smartphone, Stable internet connection, and
Chair with armrest.
6. Technological ability to operate a smartphone for a Zoom session.
1. Neurological disorders.
2. Cardiovascular diseases or high blood pressure not controlled with medication.
3. Acute musculoskeletal injury.
4. Lack of technological ability.
5. Psychiatric disorders.
6. Individuals who are already engaged in structured exercise training program.
7. Individuals diagnosed with Cancer and CKD which may lead to enhanced sarcopenia.
