Patients diagnosed with CKD and is on hemodialysis more than 3 months.
Patients who are willing to participate in the study.
Patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4 – 5.
Both gender male and female.
Patients age between 30 to 60 year
Patients with rib fracture or any recent musculoskeletal impairment.
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
Participants with open, inflamed and infected skin.
Cerebrovascular accident (last 3 months),neurological or cognitive impairment.
Arrhythmias, unstable angina, Acute MI (between 3 months of period)
Hemodynamically unstable patients.
Patients with recent surgery and pulmonary complication.
Non co-operative patient.
