Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients requiring bilateral posterior maxillary or mandibular complete crowns.
- •Teeth selected for zirconia crown preparation should be restorable with a minimum crown to root ratio of atleast 1:1\.
- •Teeth with healthy opposing natural teeth.
- •Patients with good oral hygiene and periodontal status.
- •Patients with full complement of teeth (excluding 3rd molars).
- •Patients who will be available for the required follow up period.
- •Patients giving positive informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with developmental defects of enamel and dentin.
- •Patients with generalized occlusal wear.
- •Parafunctional habits like bruxism, clenching.
- •Temporomandibular disorders.
- •Patients with fluorosis, calcium metabolic disorders, osteoporosis.
- •Opposing teeth with caries or attrition.
- •Patients having posterior crossbite.
