Inclusion Criteria
All patients who underwent perianal outpatient surgery under spinal anaesthesia at the day-surgery centre of the Universitätsmedizin Mannheim between 1th of january 2008 and 30th of june 2017 are eligible for this study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who underwent perianal outpatient surgery at the day-surgery centre of the Universitätsmedizin Mannheim are excluded.

Name Time Method Duration of stay in the day-surgery centre, defined as time from induction of the spinal anaesthesia until readiness for discharge (call for the person who picked up and took further care of the patient) according to anaesthetist´s documentation.
