Inclusion Criteria
Patients with pre eclampsia undergoing caesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women with chronic hypertension
2.Known allergy to the drugs used.
3. contradication to spinal anaesthesia
including patient refusal, localized
sepsis,coagulopathy, patientâ??s
inability to maintain stillness during
needle puncture.
