入选标准
- •1.Lumbar spinal stenosis and non response for conservative treatment
- •> 3 months
- •2. Age > 50 years
- •3. VAS >/= 6
排除标准
- •1. Progressive neurological deficit
- •2. Fever , local wound infection at back
- •3. Previos back surgery
- •4. Cauda equina syndrome
- •5. Vertrebral fracture
- •7. Coagulopathy
- •8. History of allergy to steroid , contrast media and anesthetic agent
- •9. Reject to volunteer
