1.The diagnosis was in accordance with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Thromboembolism of the Respiratory Disease Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pulmonary Thromboembolism of the European Society of Cardiology ( ESC ) in 2014, and was confirmed by CT pulmonary angiography ( CTPA ); <br>2. All hospitalized patients have the required complete test and test results ;<br>3.Informed consent has been signed.
- Patients who have been diagnosed with PE before admission;<br>2. Patients who already have PE-related symptoms at the time of admission, are suspected to be PE, and are diagnosed with PE after admission;<br>3. Patients with incomplete clinical data;<br>4. The CTPA image display is unsatisfactory and cannot confirm or exclude PE patients;<br>5. Liver failure, kidney failure, heart failure, etc.
