Brief Summary

This experimental study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of  Mental Health Enhancement Programme (MHEP) in improving employee well-being, engagement, and resilience among adult workers in selected industries of Punjab. Efficacy of MHEP will be tested on the employees’ wellbeing, resilience and engagement  and will contribute to to improve their psychological well-being.The researcher was motivated from the existing literature and personal experience and decided to test the efficacy of intervention to improve well-being of employees

Inclusion Criteria

Employee currently employed in selected industries for at least 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria
  • Participants who will have severe mental health conditions requiring immediate clinical intervention or taking any medications for mental illness.
  • Participants who will be on short-term assignments.
  • Participants who already enrolled in a mental health or employee well being program.
