? Aged 18-80 (including 18 and 80);
? Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in group C meeting the diagnostic criteria;
? There is no acute exacerbation within 4 weeks (the patient is in the stable period, or the inpatients in the acute exacerbation period enter the stable period after standardized treatment);
? Sign the informed consent;
? COPD patients with asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, lung cancer and other patients who are not suitable for pulmonary rehabilitation;
? COPD patients with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood, endocrine and other major diseases;
? Patients with severe musculoskeletal diseases;
? There are metal foreign bodies within 30cm of the treatment site;
? Long term oxygen inhalation is required. Spontaneous pneumothorax or recurrent pneumothorax, giant pulmonary bullae and rib fracture have occurred in the past six months;
? High spinal cord injury, muscle disease;
? No drugs that affect nerve conduction and muscle contraction, such as vecuronium bromide, benzodiazepines and aminoglycosides, were used within one week.
