Inclusion Criteria
Coronary artery disease along with conventional medicines.
Cases that are diagnosed with reduced Ejection fraction in ECHO report.
Patient with less than 50% of ejection fraction.
Patient within the age of 25-75 years of both sexes.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with severe medical emergency condition.
Acute myocardial infraction.
Other than the coronary artery disease all cardiac disease are excluded.

Name Time Method By the end of the study, we could assess the changes in the ejection fraction by using <br/ ><br>Strophanthus Q to the help of echo cardiogram. <br/ ><br>The efficacy of Strophanthus Q in treating the coronary artery disease will be proved.Timepoint: Medicines given will be observed for 2 weeks consecutively for 1 year
