Inclusion Criteria
Tossy3 Injury < 3 weeks after trauma
Exclusion Criteria
- Open injury or infected wounds in the surgical area
- Fractures of acromion, clavicle or coracoid
- Old injuries > 3 weeks or recurrent injuries
- Obvious incompliance / dementia
- Rockwood 4 and 6 injuries
- Known previous ACG surgery
- Existing pregnancy
- Concomitant neurovascular injuries

Name Time Method The main aim of this pilot study is the successful feasibility of the method measured by radiological parameters for anatomical AC joint reduction and correct implant position
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The secondary aims are to minimize discomfort while maximizing the function of the operated arm, which will be assessed by three questionnaires (DASH, NCS and EQ5) preoperatively, immediately postoperatively, after 6 weeks and after 3 months.
