Inclusion Criteria
Chronic back pain for more than 3 months
Patients who had a pain score reduction effect of more than 50% in lumbar sympathetic nerve block surgery using only local anesthetics
Exclusion Criteria
IInfection
malignancy
Bleeding tendency
Pregnant, lactating
Complex site pain syndrome
Patients with spinal cord stimulator or drug injection pump inserted
