- •1. Individuals presenting with complaints covering under the Extremities chapter of B.B.C.R which can be repertorised by the chatbot application
- •2. Patients of both sexes will be included.
- •3. Patients Irrespective of any socio-economic status will be included
- •4. Patients of any age group will be included
- •5. Patients who can read, write & interpret the English language will be included
- •6. Pre-diagnosed cases with the already conducted investigation will be included in the study

- •1. Patients who require surgical intervention
- •2. Patients who are terminally ill
- •3. Patients who are not willing to give consent for the study
- •4. Patients who donâ??t satisfy the inclusion criteria
