入选标准
- •pediatric patients with acyanotic congenital heart diseases posted for cardiac surgery are included. age group selected is from 1 year to 10 years of age. Wight of the patient included in the study is from 5 kilograms to 15 kilograms of body weight.
排除标准
- •1) Bleeding Diathesis.
- •2) Anomalies, deformities or active infection in spinal column.
- •3) Allergy to study drug.
- •4) If any analgesics or sedatives given within 24 hours prior to intervention, then that child should be excluded.
- •5) Pre-existing neurological deficits.
- •6) Local site infection.
- •7) Pre-operative Sepsis.
- •8) Patients on ventilator support.
