排除标准
- •? Patienter som har ådragit sig fler frakturer i samband med olyckstillfället
- •? Patienter som har legat hemma mer än 12 timmar efter olyckstillfället
- •? Patient med överkänslighet mot lokalanalgetika.
- •? Patient med infektion i insticksområdet.
- •? Patient med neurovaskulära problem i affekterat ben.
- •? Patienter som inte får möjlighet att få blockad inom uppsatta tidskrav.
- •? Patienter som behandlande läkare bedömer kan ta skada av blockaden. Ex.vis skall försiktighet iakttas hos patienter med AV-block II eller III. Även äldre och patienter med allvarlig leversjukdom, kraftigt sänkt njurfunktion eller med generellt nedsatt allmäntillstånd kräver speciell uppmärksamhet.
