  • •Misstänkt höftfraktur.
  • •Are the trial subjects under 18? no
  • •Number of subjects for this age range:
  • •F.1\.2 Adults (18\-64 years) no
  • •F.1\.2\.1 Number of subjects for this age range
  • •F.1\.3 Elderly (\>\=65 years) yes
  • •F.1\.3\.1 Number of subjects for this age range

Exclusion Criteria

  • •? Patienter som har ådragit sig fler frakturer i samband med olyckstillfället
  • •? Patienter som har legat hemma mer än 12 timmar efter olyckstillfället
  • •? Patient med överkänslighet mot lokalanalgetika.
  • •? Patient med infektion i insticksområdet.
  • •? Patient med neurovaskulära problem i affekterat ben.
  • •? Patienter som inte får möjlighet att få blockad inom uppsatta tidskrav.
  • •? Patienter som behandlande läkare bedömer kan ta skada av blockaden. Ex.vis skall försiktighet iakttas hos patienter med AV\-block II eller III. Även äldre och patienter med allvarlig leversjukdom, kraftigt sänkt njurfunktion eller med generellt nedsatt allmäntillstånd kräver speciell uppmärksamhet.
