Inclusion Criteria
1-American Society of Anaesthesiologists
(ASA) physical status I/II
2-Age18-65 years of either sex.
Exclusion Criteria
1-Patient refusal
2-Patients with anticipated difficult
airway ( Interincisor distance of <2cm,
Mallampati class 4, thyromental
distance less than 6cm, limited neck
extension, history of previous
difficult intubation).
3-Pregnant females.
4-Obese with body mass index >=30kg/m2.
5-Patients with upper respiratory tract
infections.
6-Laparoscopic surgeries.
