Inclusion Criteria
1.18-80 years old;<br>2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis;<br>3. After sufficient fluid resuscitation, vasoactive drugs are required to make MAP = 65mmHg and blood lactate>2mmol/L;<br>4.IL-6=250pg/ml<br>5. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with combined tumors;<br>2. Pregnant or lactating women;<br>3. Individuals with HIV infection or other immunodeficiency diseases; Subjects taking immunosuppressants, excluding corticosteroids.<br>4. Patients with combined active bleeding, disseminated intravascular coagulation, thrombosis, or thrombotic diseases;<br>5. Patients with a history of combined organ transplantation; Patients with unstable infarction caused by combined cardiovascular accidents; New York Heart Association (NYHA) Grade IV decompensated heart failure subjects; Subjects with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 5 or above; Subjects with end-stage liver failure.<br>6. Received blood adsorption therapy within one week before enrollment;<br>7. Individuals who are allergic to any component of the upcoming blood adsorption device;<br>8. Patients who cannot comply with research arrangements and refuse to sign informed consent forms;<br>9. Other situations deemed unsuitable for inclusion by researchers;
