moderate to high level of current depressive symptoms; beck depression inventory (BDI); BDI less than 20
Exclusion Criteria
current psychotic symptoms; bipolar disorder; previous Mindfulness training

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected that after the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Terapy (MBCT) intervention, reduction of depression symptoms, which will be assessed using Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), from the finding of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements between the waiting list and MBCT intervention groups.

Name Time Method It is expected that after the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Terapy (MBCT) intervention, reduction of anxiety symptoms which will be assessed using Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), and increase level of mindfulness are expected which will be assessed using Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS), from the finding of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements between the waiting list and MBCT intervention groups.
