Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mature permanent maxillary and mandibular single rooted teeth diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
Exclusion Criteria
- •Immunocompromised patients, pregnant and lactating females. Periodontally compromised teeth. Patient with pulp necrosis, periapical radiolucency, sinus tract, periapical abscess. Patient with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
