入选标准
- •? Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster;
- •? Patients over age 18 years;
- •? Diagnosis as herpes zoster and blisters occur within 3 days;
- •? Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent forms.
排除标准
- •? Consciousness disorders , expressive disorder and mental disorders;
- •? Malignant tumor or other serious wasting disease, and susceptible to concomitant infection and bleeding;
- •? Suffering from HIV infection and other severe impaired immune function;
- •? Patients merged with high fever, pneumonia and encephalitis;
- •? Diagnosis as herpes zoster ophthalmicus, herpes zoster oticus, disseminated herpes zoster, hemorrhagic herpes zoster or gangrenous herpes zoster;
- •? With contraindications for the use of western medicine or acupuncture;
- •? Planning pregnancy and lactating women;
- •? Subjects who are not sure whether they will complete the follow up;
- •? Other factors that researchers considered inappropriate for participation.
