入选标准
- •1. As per Wagner classification, Ulcers of Diabetic foot with Grade 1-superficial ulcers involving full skin thickness,
- •2. Patients on medications with well controlled diabetes mellitus. (HbA1c less than 7 )
排除标准
- •1. As per Wagner classification diabetic foot Ulcer with
- •.Grade 2-Deep ulcers penetrating down to ligaments and muscle but no bone involvement
- •Grade 3- Deep ulcers with cellulitis or abscess formation often with osteomyelitis
- •Grade 4- Localized gangrene
- •Grade 5- Extensive Gangrene involving the whole foot.
- •2. Patients with disorders like Malignancy, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, HIV and HbsAg
