Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. As per Wagner classification, Ulcers of Diabetic foot with Grade 1\-superficial ulcers involving full skin thickness,
- •2\. Patients on medications with well controlled diabetes mellitus. (HbA1c less than 7 )
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. As per Wagner classification diabetic foot Ulcer with
- •.Grade 2\-Deep ulcers penetrating down to ligaments and muscle but no bone involvement
- •Grade 3\- Deep ulcers with cellulitis or abscess formation often with osteomyelitis
- •Grade 4\- Localized gangrene
- •Grade 5\- Extensive Gangrene involving the whole foot.
- •2\. Patients with disorders like Malignancy, Tuberculosis, Leprosy, HIV and HbsAg
